Terms of Service
Effective August 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the TeachAI website, web workspace, and mobile applications (the “Service”). By using TeachAI, you agree to these Terms.
Using TeachAI
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Educational and AI-generated content
TeachAI helps educators draft and organize materials. AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, suitability, accessibility, curriculum alignment, and student-safety implications before using or distributing any output.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, harm or exploit children, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, or generate deceptive or abusive content. TeachAI explicitly prohibits generating NSFW, pornographic, adult, sexually explicit, or sexualized content. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides the complete content-safety rules. Do not submit personal student information unless you are authorized and have a lawful basis.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and transform that content to operate and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Plans, trials, and billing
Free allowances and paid features are described on our Pricing page and in the Service. Mobile subscriptions are billed by the applicable app store, renew automatically unless canceled, and are subject to the price and terms shown before purchase. Trial eligibility and local pricing may vary. Manage or cancel a subscription through the store where it was purchased.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may adjust usage limits to maintain a secure and reliable Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. TeachAI is not a substitute for professional educational, legal, medical, or safeguarding judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may stop using TeachAI at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
