Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your TeachAI account and cloud data.
Submit a deletion request
Send an email from the address associated with your TeachAI account to support@teachaiapp.com with the subject “TeachAI Account Deletion Request.” Do not include a password, one-time code, payment-card number, or teaching content in the request.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify control of the account email before acting on the request. After verification, we will delete the TeachAI account and cloud-synchronized conversation records associated with it. Local conversations and exported files remain on your devices until you delete them or remove the app data.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited subscription, transaction, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal records when required to comply with applicable law or protect the Service. Where practical, those records are separated from active product access and no longer used to provide a TeachAI account.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting a TeachAI account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription through the store where it was purchased. See Help and Support for details.
